Information:
Mary Ann has a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from Long Island University, and a Masters
Degree in Elementary Education from Bank Street College, NY. She is a certified Exercise Leader by the American College of
Sports Medicine. She has over 15 years experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, group exercise leader and
Stott Pilates instructor. MaryAnn has been a Primary Certification Examiner for the Aerobics and Fitness Assoc. of America,
and is a former Adjunct Instructor of Physical Education for SUNY Orange County Community College.
MaryAnn's Philosophy: Excercise takes time and is not always easy, but lifestyle changes
are absolutely possible when you have help, a positive outlook and a sense of humor. I am here to help us stay physically
strong, flexible, well and confident in our ability to move and have active healthy lives. Exercise is essential and can be
creative, challenging and FUN.
Scott Aronin, MS, CSCS Personal Trainer
Specialty: Total body strength and weight training, injury prevention and
posture correction, core strength and balance, athletic performance, yoga and meditation.

Information: Scott has a Masters Degree in Excercise Physiology and a Masters Degree in Nutrition from Columbia University.
He is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Assoc. as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has a Yoga
certification training from Seva and Spiritual Lifestyle Programs, Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and has completed the
Bally's personal training program.
Scott's Philosophy: "With proper training and motivation you are capable of so much
more than you think. I have worked with people who were very suprised at their success in weight loss, strength gains, pain
reduction, flexibility and more. Learn all of the factors involved in this formula for success, both mind and body, with the
right trainer."
Linda Quinn - Personal trainer
Linda has a BS in Exercise Physiology and is pursuing a Masters Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. She
is also ACSM/HFI certified.
Since 1997, she has been in the fitness industry and has successfully completed certifications with AFAA including
Personal Training, Primary Aerobics , and Kickboxing. In addition, Linda holds certifications with Resist-a-ball and
Madd Dog Spinning.
Through aggressive academic studies, Linda is able to stay informed with the latest research relating to exercise
physiology and biochemical kinesiology. While viewing each client as a unique individual, she can create a personal program
ranging from body fat reduction to sport specific training. This philosophy will enhance and facilitate workouts, maximize
results and promote better health.
